Customer service
About three weeks ago, I visited the wing stop on ellis avenue and experienced poor customer service. I walked into the restaurant and saw that the worker was taking an order by pone so I waited until he finished so that my order could be taken next. It didn't go in that order, the worker finished the order on the phone, came from behind the counter and started cleaning up the lobby. What really bothered me is that he never did acknowledge me or even state I will be with you in one moment. I felt that was very rude and I haven't been back to that wing stop. I stay in Jackson, but I travel to Clinton, MS to receive good customer service and feel appreciated that you come and provide the business for them.
