EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would like to inform you of one of your employees that I met this evening.
I was making a purchase and handled the cashier the money to pay for it- by mistake I had given the cashier too much money ($5.00) over. This young man immediately informed me of the over payment and returned the money to me.
I would like to request that you publicly recognize this young man (Nicholas Jones) for showing integrity, respect and great customer service.
