wasted food, time and profits
I visited this Wendy's on Sunday afternoon, May 5th. During my visit, I observed the young lady entering orders in a slow but acceptable method, but 3 of the 8 orders that came from the prep area were incorrect, including mine. The product was returned, promptly disposed of and new orders prepared.This costs profits, let alone customer inconvenience. By the time we could eat my other order was cold.
