bad customer service
Stood in line for about 10 min with my kids while your customer service rep Elaine ignorantly had a personal conversation with the guy in front of the line. They talked about his new hair cut, how his beard was shaved and a few other things as others waited for service. Eventually another line opened. I was next in line but was forced to move to next line as Elaine kept running her mouth. The worst part was, she didn't even try to end the conversation when she saw customers getting mad and moving from her line
