I had called regarding questions on a fire extinguisher to see if it was in stock. I got transferred to two different people trying to find their extinguishers. Then i was put on hold for 30 min. I then called the store on another line while the first line was still on hold. spoke to a manager about the wait time. Her response was "they don't have a phone in that section. I don't know who they are transferring you too". she then again patched me to someone that could "help". This women picked up the phone said she would check and hung up...The worst customer service i have experienced at a walmart. I called other locations and they had no problem finding what i was inquiring about in a timely fashion..all in all i will not go back to the willow grove walmart again.
