horrible experience
In response to my scathing email to Walmart regarding a missing child incident this week, I received a phone call today: Apparently "code Adam" training hasn't been done at the Valley View store because it isn't on the computer training anymore. In the case of a missing child (as per Walmart rep on phone) a "code Adam" is to be called over the intercom, and all employees are to stop what they are doing and come to assist. After 5 minutes, if the child is not found, the police are to be called. I heard no code Adam called. Employees were not notified and therefore continued about their work. It took probably 10 minutes and no one even mentioned calling the police. And the Walmart rep "apologizes" to me...
