I called phone number and it rang for 10 minutes. When they finally answered I requested the Deli. It took another 7 minutes for them to answer!! Ridculous!!!

My last couple of visits to the Walmart located on Monterey Ave have been terrible. I'm not usually the type of person to say anything negative but in this case I will. First of all the cashiers need to learn how to work the registers or the supervisors should atleast be close by so they can help there associates. Its been twice that the associates dont know how to handle credit cards and hold up the line becuase there supervisors are no where to be found. Walmart associates should know the answers to basic questions regarding the Walmart credit card they provide. Shouldn't there goal be to have as many people apply for credit because it is after all making money for there company? Even the manager of the store didnt know how to answer my question regarding the Walmart credit card. When i would ask random walmart associates where somthing was at they had no clue. The restrooms are dirty and the maintence people are rude. When I asked if the restrooms where closed she pointed at a sighn and rolled her eyes. Which by the way the sighn was backwards. My whole experience there has been awful I will not be returning there and I do NOT recommend anyone to shop there unless they get new management. Hopefully this makes a difference and they change the way they're handling things around there.
