Extremely Unsatisfied customer
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 5 years. I went in this store twice in the last three months and my plan has changed both times without my authorization (costing me anywhere from $40-$80 more per month). When confronted, there was no apology offered and I am continuously told there is a "glitch" in the system. I was lucky enough to be helped by the very rude, young guy who seemed more concerned with playing on his cell phone than helping customers. I can't wait until my contract with Verizon is up in a couple months so I can end this torture!
