Intially pleased, 2wks later nothing but rudeness
Bought new phone service to complement an existing line. Was pleased until I got the first bill. I found out that one of the Customer service reps who will remain nameless had set me up for the much costlier minimum pay plan when in fact it was supposed to be coverall devices plan. Needless to say the first bill was twice what I was expecting. When I pointed out their error, they were rude, and they said they didn't know what my problem was, and that they had refunded a measly 1/6th of the bill and without saying goodbye hung up the phone.
