Poor Customer Service
This is the 4th or 5th time I have used this location and each time I am surprised by the poor customer service. One sales rep was chomping gum while talking to another customer, another sales rep sighed heavily when a customer came through the door, and I overheard a sales rep tell a customer how much he hated the i-phone. In fact, the customer looked extremely uncomfortable as he told her how much he hated the i-phone. I guess too bad for her since that was the phone she had. Clearly they are there either for a paycheck or commission because customer service is not on their priority list. Since I work in a service industry, I assume other companies have to strive for excellent customer service as well. Clearly that is not true. Unfortunately this is a poor reflection on Verizon whom I've been a loyal customer for years.
