Waited 45min to be told to go somewhere else
I waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me to take my iphone to the Apple store because of a software glitch even though I purchased it at that Verizon store. However after waiting so long I no longer had any time left to do so. It would be much more respectful to customers to figure out if you can help them or not before wasting nearly an hour of their time when they could have been having the issue fixed by people who know the product they're selling. The girl attending the front door and going in between customers and "reps" was the most helpful person there.
