Very unprofessional , extremely poor service
My phone, that I took insurance on took over a month to resolve, and it was ever resolved. The replacement never worked correctly, ordered me a new one, when I went to pick up the new one they gave me the old one back, when I called them back, they knew they ave me the wrong one but never tried to get in touch with me. I found the management to be unprofessional , when I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he would call me, but never heard back from him. Since you will have your phone, I would suggest you shop at another Verizon store.
