Horrible.
Just finished getting my iPhone 5 from this place. Horrible experience. If I knew they were a"premium retailer" rather than a verizon store, I never would have went. Customer service is severely lacking. I, the customer, who spent close to 500 dollars was meant to feel like an idiot and annoyance to the customer service "specialist" who would rather eat a bag of chips on the showroom floor than help to sync my phones. I have contacted verizon, filed complaints, reported to bbb and am know going to social media. Maybe next time, they should work a little harder- or should I say- work at all.
