i called that # i don't know how many times and it comes out like if the number is disconnected it gets me so freaking mad if this isn't the then update this web site and all the other ones and if this is the number then you guys have horrible customer service and if its bcuz the line is busy then you need to get more lines this is ridiculous
I own a business in south Florida and one of my packages for a customer has been held at this facility for over a WEEK!
We keep calling and no one answers the phone, we leave a message and no one bothers to call back. This is absolutely ridiculous and my customer is still waiting to receive their product.
Packages sitting there for days, mail gone missing, no one answers the telephone, etc. Once I had a package sitting in Opa a Locka for over a month before it was delivered. They should be shut down!
I've tried calling the Opa Locka post office now for three day, every time I call, the phone has a busy signal, and there are no other phone numbers listed on their site. Is this a joke???
I have endured rudeness and pomp from one of the females here. I am in fear I will not receive any mail if she continues employment. I don't know what to do. I haven';t had mail delivery in 3 days because my regular man got some days off! I run a business, and that is unacceptable.
What a miserable and unhappy group of people. Their service was rude and quite honestly unnecessary... I can and will take my business ANYWHERE else but here. Ugh what a gross and unpleasant experience.

Constantly putting mail in wrong mailboxes. Driving around with packages for days, and not delivering them. I would rate less than one star if it were available.
