16 days it took for a letter coming from Michigan to arrive to Plantation, Fl. Horrible service!

Undelivered Mail

There is something rotten in Danmark. I have not received mail that was confirmed mailed around 2weeks ago but was never delivered to my address. Such mail contained personal information. I believe mail was deliberately withheld or taken.

poor service

It's 7:30 pm and still no mail delivered to my house in Jacaranda Lakes! That's pretty poor service. Ever since our mail person Debbie retired the service has been terrible. What's the excuse? I reluctantly give one star.....No star is more appropriate.
