Bad and rude

The lady who works at the passport is so rude! She was yelling at people, she answer question in a bad way, she is not helpfull at all. Is unacceptable she works there, we are paying for a passport with the service included, have some respect for us!!
I have been calling them for 3 hours non-stop to track 2 letters I posted July 25, 2014 and the letters had not been delivered up until Aug. 11, 2014 and the letters contain official documents!!!! Went on the website and inserted my receipt number all to be informed that they do not have my receipt number in their system!!!!!
Started calling at 8:00am After 19 calls being disconnected after 11 rings each, I gave up and called 800 #. Was able to obtain a case #, but still cannot reach Summit office. No wonder the PO is going bankrupt. Called PO consumer affairs. Hope someone gets axed so a competent person who needs a job can be put in place.
