CLOSE THE MAILBOX DOOR!!!

My mail person is not closing my mail boxdoor securely hense the door flops all the way down. I have asked her to please make sure it shuts. This has not happened. Pouring rain today and the door was open again and the mail is totally soaking wet. Some important mail too. If I could rate below 0 I would do so. NOT HAPPY
