Absolutely Shameful!!!!
I have several issues with our branch....lost mail, open mail, damaged mail, and packages along with mail delivered to the wrong address with no resolution or an ounce of compassion. The clerks are short-tempered, cold and rude. The general lack of caring and interest in actually doing the job well is evident the moment you walk in the door!!
