U.S. Post Office Washington DC

I never receive my mail in my box. Its always put in other peoples boxes. I'm so tired of this postal location it makes no sense. I'm thinking to put my mail on hold and pick it up weekly. that way I know i'm receiving my mail and only my mail

This is very sad everytime I tried to call a number for this place it never works, you guys really need to update your phone number this is a postal service, bad terrible, awful service!!

First of all, you cannot easily contact this office because most of the phone numbers you find are incorrect.

As an apartment community, this branch runs out of keys for the mailboxes and new residents have to wait prolonged periods just to get their mail. Can you imagine not getting your checks or new mail? When they do have keys, the residents need to put the key into any and every box till they find their box because the boxes are not labeled and their is no is no chart available to show ehre their box might be. I hope they can get it together!!!

It is a shame when you go to the website to get a phone number to your local post office and when you call the number is a fax number...all because you have a package that wasn't delivered to my door and there wasn't a card left but when I tracked my order online it says the local post office tried delivery but THEY NEVER DID...ans now I have no way to call
