Busy signal

The phone stays busy for hours at a time never rings and there is an issue of importance and noone recognizes the phone is off the hook that location should be closed if they cant handle phone calls

I agree I have tried to call sevaral times of the day. They will not answer the phone. I have let the phone ring for a long time.

No one answers

Very poor communication from the post office. No one ever answers the phone. Then they take the phone off the hook when you try to call back. I will never go back to this post office, no wonder the post office is struggling financially; there is no customer service.

Customer Service Sucks

I call this office at different times of the day and NO ONE EVER answers I let the phone ring at least 15 times but no one answers
