U.S. Post Office Phoenix AZ

so i mailed off a package from LB, CA to Dubuque, IA. SO why in the hell did my package go from Long Beach to Phx (this location) to Des Moise and then back to this Phx location...just effing deliver the effing package already its been 11 days and was supposed to be delivered in 2. There is time sensitive documents in that package...get it right. O and to top it off theres not a freaking number anywhere that i could actually call and talk to a HUMAN being. So disappointed in the USPS right now.

I don't know if either these people are just frikon stupid and lazy or what? Everyone receives mail but me. I've called to the office and complined but crap keeps on happening. I see evryone receive the adds but me. Is it something against us people w hispanic last names or what the hell? I'm really disappointed with these idiotic mail deliverers. Someone should do their frikon job. If not fire them idiots. Omg toooo pissed offff.

Package was delivered to sort facility 85043 in Phoenix and was to be delivered to an address in Phoenix. Instead it's on it way to Yuma, AZ I tried to call the facility but the phone no. listed on the web site to alert them however, the phone is always busy. It appears they do this deliberately. This is the second time this has happened. Now my package will be delayed for days or lost.
