U.S. Post Office Philadelphia PA

I called to see the status of my delivery, someone answered and told me to hold on. I was left on a hold for quite a while and the someone else answered and told me to hold on. I held on for about 15 more min and then decided to hang up.

If you have a regular person you are blessed, but when someone new comes they don't care...they say they leave your package...they are lying..our mail is supposed to be in our boxes but it's found in front of our doors on the ground for anyone to walk up and take...PLEASE DON'T HAVE THEM DELIVER YOUR MAIL OR PACKAGES...the post master needs to step in and do something about this location...if they don't want their jobs then close it down!!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I advise everyone living in the area of this post office to switch to UPS. This post office almost always report false deliveries. I'm not sure what they are doing on work hours, but it surely isn't said job! By pass this place and let them go out of business.

what is the point of having a telephone number when they almost never answer their phone?
