U.S. Post Office Pearland TX

Have had several packages go to wrong address can the postal employees not READ is it hard to tell the difference between WELLS and WILLIAMS just get things right people depend on you for that I guess the post office has gone the way of everything else in the Obama administration

Switch to E-mail, UPS, FEDEX, Online bill pay or other options, Write you congressman or woman, no bailout of USPS Pensions, Operating Costs or otherwise. Time for these lazy rude and generally incompetent postal workers to find real jobs if they can. I have long ago ceased to use the post office for anything other than a way to fill my trash with junk mail.

My $300 online purchase was sent priority mail with delivery confirmation. The day it got to the P.O. I called them to see if I could pick it up...they said it was already delivered. There was nothing in my mail box...nothing at my doorstep. For the last 3 days, when I call, I get broken promises of tracking it down with a call back....

I received a package notification that I had to pick up my box at the post office. I read the address to pick up and went to that post office. They told me I was at the wrong location and sent me to this location. When I told them that my notification had the wrong address they said "oh, the post man ran out and used notices from the other Pearland Post Office." I told them they should maybe write that on the notice for pick up. She looked at me and said that I should know where my packages are. Yes, because all of us who aren't postal workers would know that kind of information. What the heck. Both of these post offices are less than a mile from my house. I guess I should have taken in to consideration that they were buttheads.

Been trying to get a hold of them for the past 2 weeks and no answer.
