U.S. Post Office Palm Beach Gardens FL

Won't answer their phone and mailman won't deliver a package I signed for over a week ago. No wonder everyone thinks they are ignorant. Worst customer service of any business in the USA!

They never answer the phone at this particular location. The wait time at this location is awful! My mail carrier sucks, she has lost so many of my online shopping packages! My mail carrier has no clue how to treat a piece of registered mail. USPS stink!!!!!!

I rate them zero not 1 starbeen calling for several days now to schedule an appointment for passport. they wont pick up the phone called several times different periods of the days these guys suck...

they are completely incompetent. they ne f2f er answer their phones. take breaks when there are 20 people in line. lose mIl. and the USPS Consumer Affairs Office in Miami does not care wwhen you complain. it's no wonder they are going broke

This post office is terrible. I put in a request for a mail key for my new apartment THREE weeks ago and they still don't have it and cant even give me a time or reason why its taking so long. The Phone number works but no one ever answers and I have been there three times over the last month and each time I have over an hour wait and leave empty handed.

I have called for two weeks straight and have gotten no answer except for the "wireless number you are trying to reach is unavailable". I cant even leave a message!! Its very unfortunate because I have to do EDDM at this branch because they are the only one who has the route Im sending male too. Im so upset i wish I could give them zero stars and have the channel 12 news put them on the news to show how terrible they are.

This is by far the worst USPS branch I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately for me it's right across the street. They are normally understaffed. There is a manager ( if you can call her that ) that will periodically waddle out from the back, look at the line and walk away. They actually had the stones to have a posted sign saying "if you wait longer than 5 minutes ask for station manager". This place is a joke and quite possibly the busiest place in America that is losing money.

There is not a single person who can do their job correctly! A package was left in my mail box or me, but no key! There was only a scribbled note from the mailman on the outside of an envelope of one of my bills stating that there was a package. I'm currently calling; I've called over and over, NO ANSWER! This is ridiculous!
