U.S. Post Office Orlando FL

Either their phone is busy or it rings and no one answers. Apparently, they only use it for outgoing calls.

I have tried to reach out to the agents in this office and the phone keeps giving me a busy tone. I tried at different times with the same result. Finally, it rang, but nobody answered. I guess I join the other reviews above in regards to their poor service.

I had a problem with a package. I came to the post-office and explained the situation.They wanted to get more details and offered to call them later. When I was trying to find them on the phone 40 minutes later, nobody was there on Saturday morning. After 10 minutes of waiting, somebody picked the phone at last. I said I wanted to talk to Michelle. The lady asked me to wait for a moment and disappeared forever.

We haven't even been there yet, and I have a bad review. First- when you actually get someone on the phone, they're rude, rude, rude. I called for 3 days straight to change an appointment due to a more important medical appointment, and they have no answering machine, and no one answered the phone. I was forced to just not show up. It's things like this that are the reason that the post office is going down!
