It took me 4 days to get someone on the phone. And then I get a person on the phone who has a terrible attitude, that's why all their business is going else where...

Horrible

What a miserable and unhappy group of people. Their service was rude and quite honestly unnecessary... I can and will take my business ANYWHERE else but here. Ugh what a gross and unpleasant experience.
