Ruined my Invitations

We paid for the 20 cent non machinable charge since we have square envelopes.

Well it seems that they still sent them through the machine. My mom received her letter torn up with tape all over it.

The next day I received 6 of my RSVP cards that had apparently fallen out of the ripped invitations.
