Customer Service
The bad customer service starts with the supervisor. She is as bad as any employee. This place needs a serious look and a change of how they operate.

I received a notice in the mail from the Postal Carrier stating that my address was noted as a vacant residence. What?! It's Not vacant! Where did they get that information? Where's all my mail? Tried to call like many of the others on this review and only get a busy signal!!! Very frustrating!!!
EVERYTIME I call here it's busy. I've been trying for hrs once again.

This is the only phone number that works for this branch.
The only # available has been continuously busy for the past 2-days as if they took the phone off the hook!! I got through 2-days ago because a package was NOT delivered to our home and a supervisor was supposed to return my call after talking to the mail carrier. No return call, phone busy, no package!!!
this the worst post office ever, bad costumer service, some of the employee talk to you like they are obliged to not cuz its their job, i have mail always in my po box and i can never ake it to pick it up during business hours, they never email me like its says in the contract, their stupid phone is always busy, i hope to move soon just not to be by this location.
I can't believe the mess in this post office.. I never get my mail in time, usually 3 to never days later.. I was suposed to receive a very important letter and never arrived.. Who knows how much mail I lost and I'm not aware.. I also sent a letter to a business, a payment, and they never go it as well.. it's obvious they are not taking their jobs seriously and this is one of the reasons that with time they will di out of business as more and more people use the Internet for communications and payments.. If you can avoid them
I never received a gift card sent to me for Christmas, 2012. I never received family pictures sent to me in Dec. 2012. I sent my grandson a gift card for his birthday in Feb.2013 and he never received it. I complained to a postal worker at the Russell Road post office and his comment was, "What do you want me to do about it? I can get you a supervisor, but he'll tell you the same thing." Obviously, you can't send gift cards via the post office.
