I had to pick up my mail while keys where getting only one worker for everything so had to wait awhile but both the men I dealt with while comming to get mail when the key order was in are very nice n kind didnt mind the wait

HORRRRRIBBLE
I called twice, im not sure if it was the same lady, if it was she needs adjust her/their attitude, AND the fact she was the supervisor. H O R R I B L E, horrible customer service.

terrible service, i waited about 40mins in line just to be told that my package is not there and to go somewhere else to look for it

Called the branch women answer the phone like she was talkin on her regular cell phone (hello) im thinking in my head...that is very unprofessional they need to hire people with customer service skills in there life and stop hiring within .
Ridiculous Customer Service
The person ( male ) answering the did not have the phone manners . The "supposedlly" supervisor ( MALE ) hung up the phone while there was still inquiries from the caller. NOBODY TELS HIS/HER NAME WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE ...WHAT AN UGLY SYSTEM THIS BRANCH HAS... THIS INCIDENT CALLS FOR AN IMMEDIATE RE-TRAINING.
