Easy to use but long wait
I came in to mail out a domestic and international packages. The box stand was easy to understand and accessible.
I'm torn on the service. As I was waiting in line, one guy came out from behind the counter and started helping people check out at the self-service stand. He was brisk, friendly and helpful. However, the counter service was rather slow and involved a lot of waiting. I've shipped from FedEx and just handed over the address; they print out a slip, stick it to the package then I pay. At the USPS I had to write out the address twice then wait for her to also print out a slip to stick to the package. Perhaps they could streamline this?
