These are useless. why do we even need them. I tried getting my package since the 7th its the 13th today, really. Not only does it not show, but I'm not even left a notice or anything of that sort and the kicker is I was home all day, so not only do they not do there job but they lie to. When you try to contact them they never answer. C'mon really. Don't waste your time with the post office that's why we have ups and fedex just pay extra its worth it. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. and then they want more money, we don't even need them. I wish I could give them a negative star
