Customer services for passport processing was horrific. The clerk was arrogant and demeaning. Wouldn't allow time to make simple correction on the application and then closed the window and told us come back for a 3rd time. Just terrible! The manager was no help either.
Going there personally is not to bad but try getting them on the phone. I tried to reached them over phone it was impossible had to to try a couple of times just to get hanged up on
I have never experienced better service in any other US Post Office. I had always received extremely poor service at all other Post Offices I have visited. Since I first visited this Post Office, I make the trip here even though is a little further from my house than other post offices. I feel lucky I have found this Post Office, and I hope USPS begins hiring more employees of this quality.
