lost my package and won't answer phone
I have literally called this office over 25 times in a row. they will not answer the phone. They will do something in the form of picking up and then hang up on you. I would just call right back repeatedly. My package was mailed from this office on November 23 and as of December 3, 2013 I still have yet to receive my package. they finally picked u and left the line open. I could hear some one in the background.
