Idiot drivers

I have lived in the same house for 20 years and I CAN'T understand why my mail CAN'T get delivered to my home every day. I have my address on the mailbox and house and inside the mailbox thanks to the post office. This is an ongoing problem and I'm getting tired of it. We haven't had mail the last 2 days and decided to check out the house next door that is empty and has a bright orange NO TRESPASSING sign on the storm door. No one lives there and hasn't for a year. There is an address on the mailbox also but found my bills, pay check and pay stub for other family members living here right now. When will this STOP!!!
