Every time I've been here I've waited at least 15 minutes to send a package. Terrible.

Disappointing

I don't think they are very helpful. Still waiting for over an hour on the phone to find out ht happened to a package they marked as delivered.

Extemely helpful!

The postal worker who answer the phone was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. There was another postal worker in the background that was also very, very helpful!
