Wonderfful Service
I had trouble switching my home telephone and internet from AT&T. Dialing 611 or the toll free U.S. Cellular number resulted in 1/2 hour wait to speak to a person who then put me on hold for another 20 minutes while they switched my call. After several such attempts, I was told to go to the store in Sturgeon Bay. What a difference. Prompt attention by knowledgeable persons who immediately discovered that the company lost my order. They corrected all problems and got my phone switched within 3 days. It is so much nicer dealing directly with the store rather than by phone or internet.
