INCOMPETENCE
I've had the same address for the past 35 years and UPS screws up deliveries time and time again. Package was due today and never showed up. I call UPS only to find that the driver claims the address is undeliverable and does not exist and enters this into the UPS records. I request that they deliver the package as they have agreed to do and they refuse. Apparently it is the UPS corporate policy that expecting employees to do their jobs is asking too much.
