Went in for brow care and wanted threading. One young lady there worked another shop in the mall and had done my brows and lip before. Then another young lady said it was painful and awful and that I should let her wax instead. Threading is superior! I went for the threading and the "waxer" dissed my threader right in front of me. I know that beaticians are competitive and times are tough but what happened to the customer always being right?
