I didnt have a good impression of the dealer ship when I first purchase my Toyota Camry on 04/27/13. I didnt think they earn my trust or my business. Everything that could have gone wrong (in my opinion) did, from being rushed to sign the paperwork to being left in the parking lot at 11 at night without properly knowing how to operate the vehicle. After expressing my concerns with the GM, Jay Frank he did go over and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the deal that I made and I am. I will just caution potential buyers to take their time and make sure you are gettimg what you want and your sales person is own your side, not owm his own agenda. But thanks to Jamie Olson and Jay Frank, I am a happy new owner of a 2011 Toyota Camry.
