WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Warning: Anyone who has T-Mobile in the Waxahachie area stay out of this store! I have had bad experiences the last two times i visited. The first time i went in to add two lines to my account and told the sales clerk that the two new phones werefor my wife and I and that i wanted our numbers tied to them. She proceeded to ring everything up and activate the phones and AFTER i had paid 800.00 she told me that my wife and i would have new numbers and that our existing numbers would go to the new phones. So after me having my number for 5 years and my wife having her number for over 10 years we were going to have to inform everyone we knew that our numbers were changing and that our other two numbers were still active but belonged to someone totally different now. How much sense does that make? I the lady would have just told e this before she processed the transaction it would not have been a problem. So needless to say we canceled that whole deal and i was finally refunded my money about 3 days later. The next time i went to the store i had bought the two phones outright that i originally wanted from the previous visit. My wife was ready to transfer her old phone over but the newer phone requires a micro sim card. I went into the store and requested a micro sim and asked if i could have her call in and activate it later since she was working late. The clerk said that he would have to activate it before it leaves the store. I told him nevermind and that i would just have my wife come back in when she is ready to activate it. As i was walking out the door a second clerk asked me if i wanted my new sim card. I was surprised and asked if she was able to do it without activating it. She said that she had activated it. I proceeded to explain once again to both of them that my wife was at work and that she needed her phone (which was now deactivated) for the rest of the day. They both stated that they did not hear me say that before. So I rushed from Waxahachie to Carrollton to take my wife's new phone to her so she would be able to get calls from clients (she's a hairdresser and uses her phone for business). Long story short: If these people would listen to their customers, none of this would have happened. The associates in this store have some of the worst customer service skills i have ever seen. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has had issues with these people.
