Poor
I bought iPhone recently and it was two weeks old it was not working properly so I called customer care and they went through steps to try to fix and they told me to return it to eMobile store closest to me which was this one the man over counter was no help told me he couldn't do anything and didn't even bother to pull up my account he said all he can do was have them send me a exchange over mail which was not true waisted my time I went to another Tmobile store and the said he was not being truthful he was suppose to exchange phone it was still within time frame lazy customer help I see why store was so empty never again it made me want to quit Tmobile
