Poor Service, Staff is not knowledgeable , ”store manager” Ben, first day at work today (01/16/2014)??????All they want to do is sell you something and do not take care of existing customers….Go learn something from your colleagues at the T-Mobile Store on Golf Road, Schaumburg!!!!
