Horrible!
Can't begin to explain my frustration. They 'slammed' me. I went to get a new account and have a number ported over from ATT. They ported over the wrong number (not ATT) and as a result, my 'bundle' with my cable provider was cancelled, and I am now paying more for cable/phone as a result of their stupid 'mistake' as I had to renew my contract with them. MANY MANY MANY hours on the phone with TMob and my cable provider. Many trips to the store as well. AVOID this store at all costs. They have not done anything to 'make it right' as they don't view this as their problem.....
