The bigger, not so better
Tim's Automotive had steadily expanded over the years and service has suffered...now, your simple spark plug change takes 3 days, a problem repaired results in an unverified quality check, Tim is just about unreachable, and the days of an efficient and quick repair is gone at Tim's. I recommend taking your vehicle to a smaller shop where commercial vehicle fleet repair doesn't overshadow customer service and quality. It's a shame. This review was written after many disappointing visits. No longer though.
