Amazing customer service
Last night I visited the o.p. Tim horton's. while pulling into the drive thru during a winter snow storm, my vehicle got stuck. I backed up and tried to get out but could not completely. 2 employees that were at the dumpster helped as well as 2 young ladies, who even pushed my traverse. I laughed at the same time I was amazed at their kindness. The 1 girl was the asst mgr and even offered to go inside to get my order. They got my coffee, got me unstuck and on my way.. With a laugh and smile.. Young people are not all bad.. These 4 were great. Their names were Shannon Kelsey ans "smile" I believe along with another that I am not sure of. Thank you Tim hortons employees, you rock! Wende
