We switched from Directv - which we're beginning to think was a huge mistake. When our service was installed, the tech didn't bother to check the amplifier. One week later, after being on the phone for almost one hour to schedule a service call, a tech had to come back and replace the amplifier and two remote controls. This evening we were packing up the Directv equipment to mail back and found out that when our dvr's were installed, the tech didn't use the power cords that came with them. Instead, he used the Directv power cords! We had to wait on the phone for 35 minutes for someone at TWC to say they had to schedule a service call just for 2 power cords! Or we were given the option of traveling to the WS store during my work hours to get power cords. Directv equipment has to be mailed tomorrow so I'll be leaving work early to get to TWC store before they close - use my gas and time.
worst customer service of any utility I deal with - hours are inconvenient for anyone that works a regular job. Hanes Mall employees are rude and short. Services and technicians are not very knowledgeable of products and use the company line - best I can do - when something happens that they don't understand. Not a very good value for you money.
