Long wait times.

Every time I've been to this location I've experienced extremely long wait times. They are under equipped to handle the volume of clients. I went today and had 42 people in front of me. There were 3 people working and the turn around time was extremely sluggish.

terrible wait time

To be the only office by where I live and to have a wait time of two hours to return a box for a cancelation of service is just despicable. They need to hire more people!
