Do not buy they suck first off. No, people skills or should i say customer service. The on Demand does not even work ever. Oh you better not call the customer service, they will make you curse their ass out. Now i have Fios and im happy and its cheaper with 3 rooms with cable for under $150.00.

TWC must be one of the most tangle-footed companies in America. Their stores open and close without notice (mostly they just close.) The equipment is outdated. On-line help is impossible to use, just taking customers in an endless loop. Then there is the losing battle with CBS. We're dropping TWC like a cast-iron crow. Even that is difficult because they don't answer the phone. Best way around it? Just tell them you are moving, rather than cancelling. It gets them off your back and you can find another provider. But don't tell TWC you are leaving until the new service is hooked up.
