Hours may fluctuate
Awful. We r out of internet more than have it. The tech just left the wore across the back yard and never came and fixed it. When I called 2 weeks later turned out he never even put in a work order. Then they Gave me a date they would be out so I could take off work and they never showed or called. So now I have another date and request to talk to a manager. We shall see.
This company is horrible in every way possible. When they came to install. They just draped the cable over everything in my back yard. Children's toys, the grill across our back door. They left it like that and said it could be a month before they could come and fix it. We finally got a manager to come out and tack it to the house. The way they bill is ridiculous. It takes 2-3 months to get auto pay set up and they won't send you a bill while you wait so of course you rack up tons of late fees when you thought it was automatically being drafted out. Our internet went out today and they had no idea what is wrong with it. They stated the don't know when they will be able to have a tech come out and look at it.
They came out and installed my cable, only to leave it running across the ground in the back yard. I have 2 dogs and one is still a puppy so of course he chewed it up. It took 4 days for them to rehook it up and they say it will be 10 more days till they can put it in the ground. This is crazy, I call almost every day. Then today stayed home just to wait on a guy to not even show up. The bad thing is you can never talk to anyone local, it's all national and they can never get you answers. Seriously considering going back to Windstream.
