INCOMPETENT

This store and its employees are the most incompetent people I have met!! They credited a payment I made there to another persons account and then disconnected my account!! I went today to return a cable box, waited in line as usual only to come home wait over an hour for it to boot up to find they have me a broken box!! Thank you for making it easier to switch providers! INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!! I would like to give negative stars but it would not accept them!
